HTP - Highest Takes Precedence
In HTP (highest takes precedence) mode the highest DMX value of all 5
inputs on each DMX channel takes priority over the other values and affects the output on that channel.
LTP Channel - Latest Takes Precedence
In LTP (latest takes precedence) Channel mode the DMX value which changed last of all 5 inputs on each DMX channel goes through to affect the output on that channel.
The example on the left shows 4 successive DMX frames. The values which changed are marked in yellow.
